Most small business owners we talk to have never brought in an outside team for their website, IT, or marketing before, so that first conversation can feel like a bigger commitment than it is. You're not signing anything. You're not sitting through a pitch deck. In about thirty minutes, we're finding out whether we understand your business, and whether you like talking to us enough to keep going.

We start with your business, not ours. Where are your customers coming from right now? What's working? What's a waste of your time every week? Most owners have never been asked these questions out loud, and just talking through them tends to clarify a lot before we've made a single recommendation.

What We Ask You

  • What's bringing in customers today — referrals, Google, Facebook, or a truck with your number on the door?
  • What's the one thing about your current website, systems, or social presence that frustrates you most?
  • Who's your ideal customer, and where do they spend time online?
  • What's your realistic budget range, and what timeline are you working with?

There's no wrong answer to any of these. "I don't really know" is one of the most useful things you can tell us — it tells us exactly where to start.

We'd rather tell you we're not the right fit than sell you something you don't need.

That's not a slogan — it's practical. We'll steer a client toward a proven e-commerce platform instead of a custom build when it saves them time and money, or tell them their Google Business Profile just needs a cleanup, not a full rebuild. Flat, transparent pricing only works if we're honest about what a project needs.

What Happens After

If it looks like a fit, we move into Strategy Build — the second step of our process — where we put together a specific plan for your business: which services make sense, what it costs, and what we'll deliver and when. No bundled packages you don't need, no surprise line items later.

If it's not a fit, we'll tell you that too, and point you toward whatever solves the problem, even if that's not us. Either way, you leave the call with a clearer picture of your options than you had going in.
